Garage Overhead Storage in Denver

The construction of our system uses the most heavy duty methods available industry wide. Our kit in a box weighs 95 pounds while most of the competition is roughly 40 to 50 pounds. In other words, the gauge thickness of our side rails, down tubes, mounting tracks, and sway braces are thicker and bolted together through mono-structure upon completion. Our kits have an integrated safety lip around the perimeter and they do not sway when you load and offload them, unlike like other competitor's kits that snap together like bed rail. We offer 2x8, 3x6, 3x8, 4x6, and 4x8 in the stationary rack.

Each standard fixed 4’x8′ unit is strong enough to hold up to 600 lbs but weight rating depends on the size of the rack. Motorized overhead racks are rated for 350 lbs of storage capacity.

Long-term less frequently used items like bulky equipment, storage bins, luggage, and seasonal items are best stored on overhead racks.

There are a few significant differences between the two types of racks we offer. Our motorized racks with 400 or 600 pound carry capacity that will move up and down with a  remote control. Our stationary racks are generally accessed by a ladder and can hold more weight, depending on how they are mounted to the wall. Motorized racks are controlled by your cell phone, or tablet through the manufacturers app. Bluetooth is required.

Our overhead storage racks have an integrated safety lip around the perimeter of the bottom tray and "T" shaped sway braces for each connection from the down tube to the safety lip. This makes it the most rigid in the industry. Because our kit doesn't sway around as you load it, there is no need to add the cost of a safety net like the competition sells for units without a safety lip or sway braces.
